Pineapple Twang

The American South has dozens of accents and dialects, all beautiful and regionally distinct.  While distinctly different, what all of these accents share is a slow, graceful drawl that breaks one vowel sound into two, and creates playfulness with pronunciation that we call a “twang.”  Pineapple Twang does just that with our taste buds, reminding us to let life slow roast sometimes, to let things marinate and sit, to wait for life to happen, instead of always driving to a destination.

Ingredients: The Pineapple Twang is made with fresh roasted pineapples. It’s excellent with seafood, pork, and chicken.
