  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 1 cup Southern Belles “Original Belle” BBQ Sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F
  2. In a small bowl combine the seasoning salt, garlic salt, paprika, garlic pepper, lemon pepper, and garlic powder. Rub the mixture all over the ribs and allow it to sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. In an aluminum pan cover the bottom with foil. Place the ribs in the pan with the fat side facing up. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour. Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully remove the top cover foil. Once the foil is removed pour the honey evenly over the ribs, then replace the foil and cook for another 30 to 45 minutes. Now that the honey is thoroughly cooked into the meat remove the ribs from the oven once again. Carefully remove the foil and pour Southern Belles BBQ sauce evenly over the ribs. Replace foil and place back into the oven for 1 to 1½ hours.

Total cook time should be no more than 3 hours. The Original Belle can also be substituted with the Spicy Hickory Smoke, Pineapple Twang, Ms. Mango, or Blueberry Blues.
